Samina has been managing tax and accounting clients for 5 years. Overall, she has more than 10 years experience in audit, tax, consolidation, SEC reporting and SOX compliance. She has vast experience working under US GAAP and IFRS and extensive knowledge of US Taxation.

Irfan Haqui

Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, USA, Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Over 20 years of professional accounting and audit experience including more than 10 years with E&Y International in different countries including Northern America and Middle East.

Aisha Moin

Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, having over several years experience working with Bug 4 public accounting firms. She has developed extensive knowledge in diversified portfolio of companies’ operations and regulatory matters specifically Taxation and SOX compliance issues.
